Grey bar artifact when using swipe to go back

OS: iOS
What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Load a page
(2) Scroll it
(3) Use swipe to navigate to go back

What is the expected result?
Solid grey background

What happens instead?
A grey bar appears on the top
