[Findit] Flake Analyzer - Code review notifications wording improvement

Flake analysis' notifications posted in code reviews point to the general findit site, which may cause confusion. Point instead to the Flake Analyzer subpage instead

Summary: [Findit] Flake Analyzer - Code review notifications wording improvement (was: [Findit] Flake Analyzer - Make flake analysis notifications point to flake analyzer site page instead of general findit)
Also include some instructions for sheriffs or developers to fix or revert if the analysis is correct, to avoid confusion that auto revert will take care of it for them which isn't supported for flake analysis yet
