Issue description
Chrome-Version: 65.0.3325.0 (Official Build) Revisionbc084a8b5afa3744a74927344e304c02ae54189f-refs/heads/master@{#530369}(32/64-bit)
OS: Windows (7,8,8.1,10),Linux (14.04 LTS),Mac OS X(10.12.6,10.13.1,10.13.3)
Test URL:https://www.facebook.com/
Pre-condition:Enable 'Password Generation' Flag in chrome://flags.
Steps to reproduce:
1.Launch chrome and Navigate to above URL.
2.Choose auto-generated password and click on save password bubble.
3.Click on 'bin' icon and delete password and click on 'ok' button and refresh page and observe password bubble.
Actual Result: Password entries does not get deleted and appears again in 'save password bubble'.
Expected Result: Password entries should get deleted on clicking on 'bin' icon in 'save password bubble'.
This is regression issue broken in ‘M-65’ and below per-revision bisect result:
Using the per-revision bisect providing the bisect-info:
Good Build: 65.0.3316.0 (Revision 527862)
Bad Build: 65.0.3317.0 (Revision 528119)
You are probably looking for a change made after 528072 (known good), but no later than 528073 (first known bad).

Could you please retest the issue? It is not reproducible in Beta for me. I believe Vasilii fixed it.

Update : Retested above issue on Windows (7,8,8.1,10),Linux (14.04 LTS) and MAC (10.12.6,10.13.1,10.13.5) OS using Beta #67.0.3396.44 and issue is fixed.Password entries get deleted on clicking on 'bin' icon in 'save password bubble'. Kindly review the attached screen-cast. Thank you!

Update : Dev#68.0.3423.2 Behaviour Retested above issue on Windows (7,8,8.1,10),Linux (14.04 LTS) and MAC (10.12.6,10.13.1,10.13.5) OS using Dev#68.0.3423.2 and issue is not fixed .Password entries are still seen on clicking on 'bin' icon in 'save password bubble'. Stable#66.0.3359.0 Retested above issue on Windows (7,8,8.1,10),Linux (14.04 LTS) and MAC (10.12.6,10.13.1,10.13.5) OS using Stable#66.0.3359.170 and issue is fixed .Password entries gets deleted on clicking on 'bin' icon in 'save password bubble'.
