Non-Regression: Fish count drop down is seen missing when page is zoomed to 250%

Issue description

Chrome Version:64.0.3282.101/10176.54.0 Beta channel Daisy,Reks,Kip
OS:Chrome OS

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign into user >>Open https://testdrive-archive.azurewebsites.net/performance/fishbowl/default.html 
(2) Zoom the page to 250 % and Observe for Fish count drop down(please refer video)

Actual: Fish count drop down is seen missing when page is zoomed to 250%
Expected:Instead Fish count drop down should be seen.

This is a Non-Regression issue seen in M-62

Note: Issue is not seen in Linux,Windows OS

Yes, there is Screen size difference and UI just goes off the screen.So that Fish count drop down is seen missing when page is zoomed in. Is it possible to add a scrollbar, so that the above issue can be fixed.

Reopening the issue for confirmation. Please close this if it is working as intended.
