Steps to reproduce the problem:
1.ลบแคช และ คุกกี้แล้ว 
2.เซ็ตการตั้งค่ากลับสู่สภาพเดิมแล้ว 
3.ลบ&ติดตั้งแอพหรือบราวเซอร์ใหม่แล้ว

What is the expected behavior?
อยากให้ใช้งานได้ตามปกติทั่วไป

What went wrong?
อาการยังเป็นเหมือนเดิม

Summary:
Unset site settings Must be adjusted every time.

Steps:
1. Cache and Cookies Deleted
2. Set the settings back to their original settings.
3. Removed & reinstalled the app or browser.

Expected:
I want to use it normally.

Actual:
The symptoms are the same.

Tested the issue in Android and could not reproduce the issue as per the steps mentioned in comment#0.

Chrome versions tested:
63.0.3239.111

OS
Android 6.0.1

Android Devices
Samsung S7
