Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. ctrl p on any web page
2. adjust margins, print
3. close Chrome, reopen and repeat

What is the expected behavior?
I expect the custom margins to persist as they did until around December last year 

What went wrong?
A recent automatic update has reenabled a bug that has been seen and reported on and off over the last 5 years
