Hi Vamshi,

I found this problem while developing a component for a company. I cannot host this code outside our network.

I wasn't able to reproduce the issue on the Windows platform. Specifying "attachment; filename="how about now.csv"" header causes the browser to download the "how about now.csv" file both on Linux and Windows.

Could you please collect and attach the netlog from the Linux and Windows boxes as per these instructions: https://sites.google.com/a/chromium.org/dev/for-testers/providing-network-details

Thank you!

kapishnikov@ was that on ToT or on 63? Just curious if it may have gotten fixed after 63.
