video stops playing after rotate the device back from landscape (auto fullscreen) on ESPN

Project Member Reported by klo...@chromium.org, Jan 19 2018

Issue description

Try to play a video from espn.com on an Android device in portrait mode.

Rotate the device and the video auto switch to fullscreen, great.

Rotate the device back, and the video stops playing.

This is unfortunately a website's behaviour: they auto-pause when the video leaves fullscreen even when going fullscreen from the media controls fullscreen button.

Assigning to johnpallet@ to see if we can reach out to the ESPN team.
