I saw the same issue last week, but the issue is now gone. Last week, I had the latest canary build that I installed myself. Today, I've flashed my eve device (DVT if it matters) with an old stable recovery image of "stable-channel eve 9765.85.0" (M61 stable). While doing the recovery, it got a touchpad firmware update, if I remember correctly. The device then got auto-updated to "10032.86.0" (M63 stable). I think it got another touchpad firmware update after a reboot.

I saw same issue but gone after clearing the stateful data (by switching dev-mode). I assume some saved data (maybe ash or display related?) on device is corrupt and causes this issue. Switching user didn't help, and other user on the same device has the same issue. Chrome: 68.0.3404.0 (Official Build) canary (64-bit) Platform: 10612.0.0 (Official Build) canary-channel eve |
