File doesnt had mandatory dependencies

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/63.0.3239.108 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. BUild chromium
2. See it
3.

Are you sure you linked the right patch?  The error in the log says:
../../chrome/browser/media/webrtc/webrtc_log_uploader.cc:122:19: error: use of undeclared identifier 'kHttpResponseOk'

But the patch just adds <math.h> to components/assist_ranker/ranker_example_util.cc
Status: WontFix (was: Assigned)
