Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS x86_64 10176.47.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/64.0.3282.87 Safari/537.36 Platform: 10176.47.0 (Official Build) beta-channel samus Example URL: Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Connect to Network and use Chromebook all day. 2. Place VOIP calls using Hangouts/Uberconference 3. Hang Up the VOIP call What is the expected behavior? Network Connectivity should remain intact and not require any interaction to maintain connection to the default gateway What went wrong? network remained unresponsive and could not Ping the default gateway until network was manually disabled/re-enabled. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 64.0.3282.87 Channel: n/a OS Version: 10176.47.0 Flash Version: 28.0.0.137 /opt/google/chrome/pepper/libpepflashplayer.so Twice today, during/after VOIP Audio Calls connectivity to the default gateway completely dropped. The DHCP Lease was still good and other devices on the network still had connectivity. This has NOT been on every call, and I have not been able to reproduce on command. I included the dmesg.log as well as the network_diag from when it occurred. I will attempt to get a net-export on the next occurrence.

I believe that this may have something to do with the "Mobile Data" Network toggle that was enabled recently. For some reason it was enabled, even though there is no mobile connection on the device. When this toggle is turned off, the connectivity issues seem to have corrected themselves.
