Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/63.0.3239.132 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Go to https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/legal/Judicial-Assistance-Country-Information/Italy.html
2. Wait ~ 5 s for the page to load.
3. Observe crash.

What is the expected behavior?
No crash.

What went wrong?
Crash.
