Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Go to https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/legal/Judicial-Assistance-Country-Information/Italy.html
2. Wait ~ 5 s for the page to load.
3. Observe crash.

What is the expected behavior?
No crash.

What went wrong?
Crash.

I see an OOM error printed in the console.  +jorgelo possibly too many web workers?
