The audio playing icon got stuck on one of my Gmail tab (after playing a video attachment to an email[1]), I've attached WinDbg to this debugger and manually cleared the "is_audible_" and the "indicator_is_on_" bits for the AudioStreamMonitor associated with this WebContents and it fixed the issue (until I played this video again). Then I've re-played the video attached to the email and the problem repro'd. I haven't tried to restart the browser yet.

[1] when there's a YouTube link in an email it gives you an option to use an embedded player to watch it.
