VR: VR feedback prompt should be dismissed when entering VR.

With the fallback UI path, the VR feedback prompt can show up in VR, but triggers a new Activity to open, exiting VR.

We should probably just dismiss it when you enter VR.

This sounds like it's not a user-facing issue but more of a problem for testing?  If so doesn't feel like an MVP blocker to me, but please revert if I'm misunderstanding.

Also, I fixed the issue where opening an Activity would immediately drop the user into 2D, so this is definitely lower priority now.

Are we removing the feedback prompt? If so we can just not worry about this.

I don't think we want to prompt the user to submit feedback anymore; but we do want there to be a way for them to submit feedback about VR browsing (probably via overflow menu).
