Error while reaching for Find My Device option on google play from Chrome browser

I was going through this issue since many days, I am trying to 
use Find My Device option to find my mobile and every time I have been redirecting to the same page  " https://play.google.com/settings/ "
I have attached a snapshot, I took it from my other email where I don't have any device registered on but the issue remains the same.
