secure connection drop down dialog slowly inches across the screen

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) navigate to : https://www.bloomberg.com/
(2)left mouse click on lock icon at begining of URL in address bar
(3) 

What is the expected result?
secure connection drop down dialog should appear and stay still


What happens instead?
secure connection drop down dialog appears and slowly inches across the screen

possible.

Thanks for the report. Could you clarify (or even better, take a screen recording of) what you mean by "slowly inches across the screen"? I am trying to reproduce this, but can't see this behavior.

Yes
 . I'll get that recording to you hopfully tomorrow. The dialog slowly gets
wider and is impossible to navigate. The right side of the dialog expands
to the right.
