Starbucks app login fails on M64 WebView |

Issue descriptionLogging into the Starbucks app (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.starbucks.mobilecard) doesn't work any more on M64 - it just displays a generic "system error occurred" banner. Reported on b/71363280. Probably not OS version specific - I was testing on O MR1, but it likely repros on earlier versions if that's easier to bisect. Last known working version: 64.0.3271.3 First known broken version: 64.0.3281.0 There's a bisect on the internal bug but it appears to be incorrect; it claims it works on 64.0.3280.3 but that version doesn't work for me. Can we get a narrower (and per-CL) bisect range on this?

It looks like alekyoo@ tried, he is getting inconsistent bad builds. He was able to repro issue on N device too. battun@ could you try per-cl bisect and circle back? Thanks!

I'm able to repro on Nexus 5X / N2G48I.
