Trying to use Hangouts App in the Chromebooks, App gets Installed successfully, but I am unable to get any SMS from the verification screen and the App closes itself after waiting for a while in that screen.

Steps: 
Install Hangouts App in the Chromebook (Celes) 
Open and try to authenticate using SMS by giving out the phone number (my personal swedish phone number )

Expected:
User receives an SMS with 4 digit code and Its possible to use hangouts in the Chromebook.

Actual: 
No SMS received, Application gets closed by Itself.

Note: 

I am able to use WeChat in the same chromebook after successful phone number verification. (in Both the machines Celes and Reks the code arrived in 10 seconds)
