Handle edge case wih origin=`foo.bar` and rpId=`bar`

For example, the following should be accepted but is currently rejected by both renderer and browser code:
origin: "https://login.awesomecompany"
relying_party_id: "awesomecompany"

Summary: Handle edge case wih origin=`foo.bar` and rpId=`bar` (was: Handle corner origin and rpID cases in browser and renderer)
Most edge cases are handled and tested already. The one in OP is a special snowflake.
