Current Chrome stable version overwriting login credentials after sending sometimes

Reported by sfriedri...@broadsoft.com, Jan 18 2018

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/63.0.3239.132 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open Website page with login and login with remember me (may even appear without it)
2. Logout and go to above page
3. Login with other credentials / user
4. Chrome loggs you in by ignoring the new credentials and using the ones of step 1

What is the expected behavior?
Use entered credentials of input fields instead of browser internally saved ones.

What went wrong?
Chrome logged us in with credentials from first login.

When we look into the websites log afterwards, we can see that the login definitely happened with the credentials of step 1 while we entered new ones (which seem to be dropped or overwritten when POST).

Did this work before? Yes Behaviour may exist since last update

Chrome version: 63.0.3239.132 Channel: stable
OS Version: Debian
Flash Version:
