List appears misplaced while dragging splitter to LHS and RHS.

OS: Windows (7,8,8.1,10),Linux (14.04 LTS),Mac OS X(10.12.6,10.13.1,10.13.3)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch chrome,Navigate to chrome://bookmarks/ and bookmark same page
2. Now drag splitter line to RHS and LHS and while dragging bring focus on 'More actions' iron icon and press space bar key to open list and again drag splitter,observe

Actual: List appears misplaced while dragging splitter to LHS and RHS
Expected: List shouldn't be misplaced while dragging splitter to LHS and RHS

This is a Non-regression issue, seen from M-59 series from build # 59.0.3044.0
