Issue descriptionChrome Version: 65.0.3324.0 (Official Build)Revision 07b221a26af55a4c3e7e375c629eb8474247f691-refs/heads/master@{#530027}(32/64-bit). OS: Win(7,8,8.1,10), Mac(10.12.6, 10.13.1, 10.13.3),Linux(14.04 LTS). What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) Launch chrome, navigate to chrome://extensions page. (2) Click on Remove from Chrome icon(Overlay appears) and then observe on overlay. Actual: Close icon is not seen on Remove from chrome overlay. Expected: Close icon should seen on Remove from chrome overlay. This is a regression issue, broken in 'M64' and provide bisect usion bisect-per-revision script: Good build: 64.0.3257.0(513643) Bad build: 64.0.3259.0(514027) You are probably looking for a change made after 529082 (known good), but no later than 529083 (first known bad). Per Harmony guidelines modal dialogs shouldn't have any close button, this removal is intentional and the Cancel button should be used instead. +bsep@ FYI
