Can't connect to web "www.haiteng.com.tw", it show ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE.

Example URL:
www.haiteng.com.tw

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open website www.haiteng.com.tw by Chrome
ps. The website show normally, while open it by Firefox and Mozila on the same device.
ps. We try to open the website by Chrome on the same device with different Android version. Then it failed on Android N device , but pass on Android O device.

What is the expected behavior?
Show content normally

What went wrong?
ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE

Does it occur on multiple sites: No

Is it a problem with a plugin? No 

Did this work before? N/A 

Does this work in other browsers? Yes

Chrome version: 63.0.3239.111  Channel: stable
OS Version: 7.0

This indicates a problem with the site not sending Chrome any data. Perhaps it is using User-Agent sniffing or some other technique to send different responses to different browsers.

For what it's worth, I can reproduce the issue in firefox on Linux.

Status: WontFix (was: Unconfirmed)
It looks that it is a server problem because:
1) it can be reproduced with different browsers.
2) the server simply doesn't send any response to a standard HTTP request.
