Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. install printer driver from:
https://www.canon-europe.com/support/products/colorpass/colorpass-gx400.aspx?type=drivers&language=EN&os=WINDOWS%207%20(32-bit)
this is color print server for printer iR ADV C9280  which support duplex printing. example printer: iR ADV C9280

2. Print some page from google chrome and there is not double sided print check box available.

3. Other Printer driver of iR ADV C9280 which able to show the double sided print check-box.
Eg: PS printer driver for iR ADV C9280.
