Regression: Autofill suggestion list doesn't appear after double clicking on name field on Facebook.com

Issue description

Chrome Version:65.0.3324.0 (Official Build)Revision 07b221a26af55a4c3e7e375c629eb8474247f691-refs/heads/master@{#530027} (32/64-bit)
OS:Win(7,8,8.1,10), Mac(10,12,6, 10.13.1, 10.13.3) and Linux(14.04 LTS).

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch chrome and navigate to chrome://settings/autofill, Enter first name, last name, phone no and email id field, click on save.
(2)Navigate to https://www.facebook.com/ , double click on name field and observe
(3)Now double click on surname field select data from suggestion list,observe.

Actual: 
1. Autofill suggestion list doesn't appear after double clicking on name field.
2. After selecting data from list in "surname" field remaining fields doesn't auto populate.

Expected:
1.  Autofill suggestion list should appear after double clicking on name field.
2.  After selecting data from list in "surname" field remaining fields should auto populate.


This is a regression issue broken in 'M53' and below is the manual regression range
Good Build: 52.0.2743.0 (Revision:394940)
Bad Build:  53.0.2745.0 (Revision:395266)

Note: Issue is seen on latest stable build 63.0.3239.132(official build), latest beta build 64.0.3282.99(Official build) & on latest dev build 65.0.3322.3(Official build)

You are probably looking for a change made after 395156 (known good), but no later than 395159 (first known bad).
CHANGELOG URL:
The script might not always return single CL as suspect as some perf builds might get missing due to failure.
