Back button doesn't return to Files app from Galery in Tablet mode

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Open Files app
(2) Open a thumbnail 
(3) Try to hit back (in gallery)

What is the expected result?
Return to files app

What happens instead?
Nothing, ignored

yes. I confirm that there is a bug in photos app in tablet mode
