Issue descriptionMetabug to track Q1 '18 efforts to move Findit away from buildbot. The scope of this task is: - Move all trybots Findit uses to swarming, including component updater. - Use new LUCI APIs within Findit as they become available Stretch goals for this objective are: - Allow limited overflow of tryjobs onto the public swarming pool as appropriate - Get dimensions and other parameters for tryjobs directly from the waterfall instead of a manually maintained mapping. - Remove all legacy buildbot code.
