N/A Chrome version: Version 63.0.3239.132 (Official Build) (64-bit) Channel: stable OS Version: OS X 10.11 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 21.0 r0 The event listener is also not called if logged in with an unmanaged account and when (in the sign out dialog) the tickbox to clear data on the device is ticked.

Hello, By design, when the user signs out of a managed account the Profile is blown away. In that context it doesn't seem surprising that the listener isn't called, since the listener is itself presumably running in the context of that Profile and hence is also blown away. I think that the "clear data on the device" could be conceptually similar: is the extension part of the data that is cleared? Let me know if I'm misunderstanding something here :).
