REGRESSION: CSS3 columns cause hidden elements to show

Reported by simmo.s...@gmail.com, Jan 17 2018

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Ubuntu; Linux i686; rv:57.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/57.0

Steps to reproduce the problem:
Testcase: https://jsfiddle.net/0hu1g83w/1/

What is the expected behavior?
Setting any number of columns doesn't unhide elements which are otherwise hidden.

What went wrong?
Setting a number of columns (even 1) shows radio buttons that should not be visible.

Did this work before? Yes 51.0.2704.103 (latest available in browsershots I could verify)

Does this work in other browsers? Yes

Chrome version: 63.0.3239.84 Channel: stable
OS Version: Xubuntu 16.04
Flash Version:

Problem stems from a site (https://sim642.github.io/FLL-scorer/) that used to work in Chromium but now displays unwanted radio buttons.

Able to reproduce the issue on Windows 10, mac 10.12.6 and Ubuntu 14.04 using chrome reported version #63.0.3239.84 but the same is not reproducible in the latest chrome version #65.0.3323.0 and latest beta #64.0.3282.99.
It seems that the issue has been fixed in M-64 and in few days tentatively ~5 days, stable build is moving to M-64.

simmo.saan@ - Could you please verify the issue using latest chrome version #65.0.3323.0 or latest beta #64.0.3282.99 and confirm the fix from your end.
