Lock screen button labels cut off in high-dpi mode

Chrome Version: 65.0.3319.0
OS: Chrome OS 10302.0.0

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Set display resolution to 1920x1080 (2x) on an external monitor.
(2) Lock screen.

What is the expected result?
Lock screen should display "Shut down" and "Sign out" buttons at the bottom of the display.

What happens instead?
Buttons are labeled "Shut do..." and "Sign o...".

Not reproducible in 65.0.3322.0.
