Regression: Incognito Avatar Button is 1pt too far left

Chrome Version: Chrome Canary Version 65.0.3323.0
OS: macOS 10.12.6

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Open a Incognito Window
(2) Take a look at the Incognito Avatar Button
(3)

What is the expected result?
It should be shifted 1pt to the right.

What happens instead?
It is 1pt too far left.

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
This is a regression from https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/chromium/src/+/735981. The fix should only shift the Generic Avatar Button by 1pt, not also the Incognito Avatar Button.
