What steps will reproduce the problem?

Option to print in color or black and white
What happens instead of that?
No option.

Is this issue specific to a printer? If so, what's the printer model / driver version?

There is no such setting when using the Chrome print dialog even when saving as a PDF, so I think this might be a general feature request. Over to thestig@
