CSS error on Developer Tools

Issue description

Chrome Version       : Version 63.0.3239.132 (Offizieller Build) (64-Bit)
URLs (if applicable) : (localhost aplications)
Other browsers tested:
Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue:
    Firefox: OK 55.0.3 (32-Bit)
    Edge: OK Microsoft Edge 41.16299.15.0

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open a Web Application in Google Chrome
2. Split the Screen in two, on the left side the Developer Tools and on the right your Application
3. You need an error. mine is Uncaught (in proimise): 500 OK for URL with angular 4
4. Scroll horizontally and you will see a CSS error

What is the expected result?
It is expected, that the red-background of an error covers the whole error text

What happens instead?
See photo.

Thanks for the report.  A recent fix ( https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/chromium/src/+/818079 ) is part of M65+ to address console wrapping issues.  As part of the commit, all console text should wrap except for expanded treeoutlines.

I've tried to reproduce this with an object with a long property string value, and it wraps fine on Linux 65.0.3323.0.  If you still see this bug on Canary, please let us know.
