iframe content is not loading correctly and the dropdown is not working

Reported by wang.man...@gmail.com, Jan 17 2018

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/63.0.3239.132 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Load the html having dropdown inside iframe
2. Have to make sure the content inside iframe height is over 1800px and the dropdown is at the bottom
3. Click the dropdown and no response

What is the expected behavior?
1. The dropdown should expand the options

What went wrong?
1. I checked the debugger and the dom height does not manipulate in the correct position.
2. It works on IE, Firefox. But the most weird is it works on some chrome but not with mine. The suspicious would be depending on the hardware. (All testing chrome were updated )

Did this work before? N/A

Chrome version: 63.0.3239.132 Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0

Could you provide a sample html page?

I'm experiencing the same issue. Dropdown elements are not working properly inside the iframe.

Steps to repro:
1 - Open: https://www.yelp.com/biz/takoba-sf-san-francisco?frvs=True
2 - Click on the "View Menu" green button
3 - Scroll all the way to the bottom of the menu
4 - Click on the "Green Takoba Roll" item
5 - Click on the "Quantity" dropdown

Thank you for the sample page. Looks like a select issue.

Confirmed. This isn't reproducible on macOS and Linux.

I'm on macOS: Sierra, Chrome: 64.0.3282.119 and I can reproduce the issue. FWIW, we couldn't repro this issue on Chrome version 63.0.3239.84, but versions 63.0.3239.132 and 64.0.3282.119 are being affected.
Has there been a solution to this? I am running Chrome: 64.0.3282.140 on Windows and this has been an issue. Just seeing what the status is. Thanks!

Hmm, now I can't reproduce this issue with Google Chrome 64 stable and 66 canary, for the yelp.com, which a deleted comment told.

Can anyone post a reproducible HTML or URL please?
