Window after choosing No Thanks Not getting closed

Steps to reproduce the problem:
Launch Dex Mode
Open Chrome First Time
Choose "Accept and Continue">"No Thanks">Observe

What is the expected behavior?
This window should get closed

What went wrong?
new window opens but this tab didn't get closed

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 63.0.3239.111  Channel: stable
OS Version: 8
Flash Version:
