Error message for getWriter() on a locked stream is unhelpful

To reproduce:

const ws = new WritableStream();
ws.getWriter();
ws.getWriter();

Expected output:
Something that tells me what I did wrong.

Actual output:
Uncaught TypeError: Illegal constructor
