Chrome shows a black screen when using --use-angle=gl on Windows Intel OpenGL drivers

Issue description

Chrome Version: 63.0.3239.132 (copy from chrome://version)
OS: Win10 (e.g. Win7, OSX 10.9.5, etc...)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Launch Chrome with --use-angle=gl on Windows using Intel OpenGL drivers
(2) You can see a black screen on the window of Chrome.

What is the expected result?
Webpages can be rendered correctly.

What happens instead?
We can only see a black screen.

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.

Thanks for filing this bug Jiawei. Geoff and I noticed this bug but haven't had time to triage it - we suspect it's a problem with Intel's D3D/GL interop extension.

We have verified this bug has been fixed in the latest released Intel Windows driver:
