Regression: Unwanted back arrow is seen when devtools is docked as a seperate window

Chrome Version: 65.0.3322.0/10315.0.0 dev channel Kip,Daisy,Reks
OS:Chrome OS

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign-in to user>> Launch chrome>> Open devtools and dock as seperate window and observe

Actual: Unwanted Back arrow is seen
Expected: No such back arrow should be seen 

This is a Regression issue as same is working fine in 65.0.3299.0/10277.0.0 

NOTE: 1. Issue is not seen in windows and Linux
      2. Issue is working fine in M63 stable and M64 beta

I'm no longer seeing the 'Back arrow' on 68.0.3417.0 or 68.0.3437.0.  It looks like this was fixed?  Please let me know if you still see it.
