Manage Passwords shows unexpected passwords!

Reported by jeffreyj...@gmail.com, Jan 17 2018

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/63.0.3239.132 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Goto settings page for "Manage Passwords"
2. Goto "search passwords" and type-in keyword to filter out manage passwords list, in my example, type-in "disp" (see screen shot Step1.png) and reveal the password for it
3. Open another tab in chrome browser and go to any other website had password managed.
4. Switch to Manage Passwords tab, and click the "search passwords"
5. See the entire list of manage passwords, and look at the top of the manage passwords shows the unexpected password revealed which is apparently an obvious bug.
(See attached screen shot Step 2.png)

What is the expected behavior?
There should NOT be unexpected revealed password shown randomly, that's scary.

What went wrong?
The Manage Passwords UI definitely has an obvious bug that displays unexpected revealed passwords in the wrong place.

Did this work before? No

Chrome version: 63.0.3239.132 Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version:

Even maybe just a manage passwords UI issue but seems very scary to me as that demonstrates the programmer being so careless to make such kind of mistake of handling managed passwords. A poorly managed feature is worse than no feature at all. If Google can't make it right, then just simply completely disable the manage passwords feature as the consequence of this type of mistake is not something Google can take.
