Issue descriptionGoogle Chrome 64.0.3282.79 (Official Build) beta (64-bit) Revision 0 Platform 10176.41.0 (Official Build) beta-channel eve What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) Load https://www.bergercookies.com/store-locator.html (2) Open the Store(s) dropdown (3) Fling in the menu What is the expected result? Fling should scroll naturally like the rest of the content. What happens instead? Stops scrolling as soon as you stop moving your fingers on the track pad.
