Docs a11y: too much content read in version history w/JAWS and NVDA

Issue description

Google Chrome 65.0.3322.3 (Official Build) canary (64-bit) (cohort: Clang-64)
Windows 10 Enterprise Version 1607 Build 14393.2007
NVDA 2017.4
JAWS 2018.1801.18 Private Beta 
Firefox ESR 52.5.3 (64-bit)

Resolving as Docs bug. 

Steps:
# Launch JAWS, turn of virtual cursor with JAWS + Z
# Open Docs with end-user account, enable accessibility with ctrl alt z
# Create example Doc with misspelling: apple, pear, pineappple, appleq, then edit it to be correctly spelled and save. 
# Navigate to Version History with Ctrl + Alt + Shift + H
# Invoke the More Options button within a version

Cannot reproduce issue, says the following: 
More actions button menu 
Press space to activate the menu, then navigate with arrow keys
menu 
Name this version 
1 of 1
To move through items press up or down arrow.


# Close JAWS, launch NVDA, press NVDA+space to enter focus mode
Can reproduce bug, says the following:
Versions List  tree view
Expand detailed versions Name this version More actions Current version
More actions  menu button  subMenu
Name this version  1 of 1

# Reproduce with Firefox ESR, reads too much content:
More actions  menu button  expanded  subMenu

Windows 8.1
Chrome: 63.0.3239.59 beta (64 bit)
JAWS: 18.0.4321

MAC ver: 10.11.6
Mac Chrome: 63.0.3239.59 beta (64 bit)
VO: 7.0 (426.42)

MAC Ver:10.12.2
Mac Chrome: 63.0.3239.59beta (64 bit)
VO: 7.0 (477.20.6)

Steps Performed:
a. Open docs and navigate to version history in file sub menu.
b. Select see revision history option and navigate to more options.

Actual Result:
Screen Reader announces unnecessary content then more option button.

Expected Result:
Screen Reader should not announce unnecessary content.
