Touch points is no function after pressed ctrl + Alt+ p

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/63.0.3239.132 Safari/537.36
Platform: 10237.0.0 dev channel

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1.Boot to OS and login.
2.Slide on touchscreen.
3.Press ctrl+ alt + p
4.The touch points do not show up. 

What is the expected behavior?
The touch points can show up.

What went wrong?
The touch points do not show up.

Did this work before? Yes R64-10176.41.0

Chrome version: 65.0.3322.0  Channel: dev

Go to Task Manager, and restart "GPU Process" and hit any key when the refresh rate comes back, hit a key until you see the cursor, and try touching around the screen again.
Still not work.

Hi, the shortcut ctrl+ alt + p has been removed. Reference bug:  crbug.com/786115 

You can turn on touch points by enabling #show-taps flag from chrome://flags.
