Current Symptoms to Report:
On google hangouts with Kathy, 

1. When I call her despite giving Chrome access to my Mic and Camera, Camera turns off and I turn into an icon after 5-10 seconds.  Usually turning the hangout camera off and on will fix it.  I do see a flash or two prior to the event on the screen as I call her.
2 Many times when I call her I do not hear the phone ring.  
3. Right now the audio is cutting in and out so bad she can't make sense of my words.

1 and 2 have been going on for months, the audio issue just started today and is a big problem with communicating on hangouts with her.


4. The analyzer reported "No Wifi APs found net.log (13)
The device reported a problem locating an AP which it could connect with. Verify that this is not due to credential mismatch."   

How am I accessing the internet then?  Unless this device is also pretending to be a phone like corinaaur.. toshiba chromebook was.  That log reported is still out there....

5. TPM error 0x21	messages.4 (2) messages.3 (7) messages.2 (1) messages (1)  Contact support if this issue does not go way after reboot.  

I am sure you have noticed these, They have been on every single chromebook I have on every single account.   Is anyone looking at this?   This chromebook was first turned on Dec 19th 2017.

These errors are as always....  I don't know what this means but is this how multiple people are logging into my email?

What is the expected result?
To work, live long and prosper and stop people from getting into my gmail

What happens instead?
People are still logging into every account I have

Given the INTEL firmware update in November, and the recently disclosed backdoor vulnerability discovered by project zero, I have read that spectre is a fairly easy fix but meltdown is much more complex and will be difficult to patch.  And in fact Meltdown may haunt intel chips for years to come.  (I'm going for AMD next)  

Since I have been told OVER AND OVER by various Google employees that the only way someone can log into my account is if they have my password, plus the fact I had 2FA, and am now enrolled in google enhanced security protection, unless this is happening to me because of my old hacked android backup and sync on my various accounts, it seems reasonable that people logging into my account is due to a yet undiscovered vulnerability in the chromebook firmware ala~ Meltdown.  Of course, I don't know, but I just wanted to mention this as a possibility.  How can someone access my security keys???  They need MUCH MORE than just my password.
