Spellcheck suggests "alright" instead of "all right"

Project Member Reported by tjuchcin@google.com, Jan 16 2018

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_12_6) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/63.0.3239.132 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Type "Would showing one icon in both cases be all right?" into a text box
2. Right click the words "all right" which were underlined
3.

What is the expected behavior?
The words "all right" are not underlined

What went wrong?
Chrome suggests "alright" as a word to replace these words. "Alright" is not a word. cf http://www.quickanddirtytips.com/education/grammar/all-right-versus-alright

Did this work before? N/A

Chrome version: 63.0.3239.132 Channel: stable

Able to reproduce the issue on reported chrome version 63.0.3239.132 and on the latest canary 65.0.3322.0 using Mac 10.13.1, Windows 10 and Ubuntu 14.04. As the issue is seen from M50(50.0.2661.0) considering it as non-regression and marking it as Untriaged.

Requesting some one from UI>Browser>Language>Spellcheck team to have a look into this.

Thanks!
