Summary: Add WPT tests for various origin and rpIDs passed to credentials.create/get (was: Add webkit unittests for various origin and rpIDs passed to credentials.create/get)
We won't need these once we move these checks to the browser altogether (Issue 827542). However, we should have some layout tests and/or WPT tests.
