password manager "remove" menu item removes the wrong password

Project Member Reported by garymm@google.com, Jan 16 2018

Issue description

Chrome Version : 63.0.3239.132
OS Version: OS X 10.13.2
URLs (if applicable) : chrome://settings/passwords
Other browsers tested: N/A

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open chrome://settings/passwords
2. In the search box, search for a URL that will result in two passwords being shown in the results list. In my case I have two passwords stored for the same URL.
3. Click the 3 dot menu button next to the top result.
4. Click Remove

What is the expected result?

The top result is removed, the second result remains.

What happens instead of that?

The second result is removed, the top one remains.

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.

UserAgentString: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_13_2) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/63.0.3239.132 Safari/537.36

[mac bug triage] I'm unable to reproduce it. Can you add a screencast? Thanks!

Comment 3 by garymm@google.com, Jan 16 2018

I don't want to include a screencast since it's my real passwords, and I can't seem to get the "import" flow to work with a CSV.
Is this CSV just badly formatted?

name,url,username,password
ex,login.example.com,example@example.com,password1
ex,login.example.com,example@example.com,password2

Could you try to confirm that indeed the wrong password is deleted? We had a UI bug in M63 ( https://crbug.com/786312 ) that would keep showing the password of the deleted entry, however the deletion itself was correct. If you hide and show the password again does it change? Also does this reproduce for you in the current Chrome Beta?

You are right, hiding and showing the password again does reveal that the correct password was deleted.
So I guess this can be marked a dup of https://crbug.com/786312 .
Sorry for the noise and thanks for fixing the bug!
