No alerts for chromium.perf? |

Issue descriptionProblem with Sheriff-o-Matic I'm not seeing any alerts for chromium.perf but the waterfall is pretty red right now. Also, som says "Last updated: 1/12/2018, 3:20 pm PST (4 days ago)" which feels stale to me. Any suggestions for what I could do to get it to update / display alerts for my sheriffing shift?

Milo started 500ing a lot on the 13th: https://screenshot.googleplex.com/2X1niOfkfa9 Oddly, this isn't reflected in the viceroy page so I'm guessing alerts didn't pick up on this either.

Follow-up to this should include adding gRPC client monitoring so we'd know about it on the SoM side at least, if this happens again.
