Regression : Shockwave flash gets crashed on http://you.dj/

Issue description

Chrome Version: 65.0.3322.4 (Official Build) Revision b41bd45daf7be30b05ec90cd2367e4c072aef174-refs/branch-heads/3322@{#7}(32/64-bit) 
OS: Win(7,8,8.1,10).

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch chrome, navigate to http://you.dj/.
2. Click on 'Enable Flash Player Now' button on Enable Flash Player overlay.
3. Click 'Allow' button on the Run Flash bubble and Observe.

Actual: Flash should get enabled successfully and music should play.

Expected: Shockwave flash gets crashed and music does not play.

This is a regression issue, broken in M-65 series, Using the per-revision bisect providing the bisect results,
Good Build:65.0.3317.0(Revision:528120)
Bad Build:65.0.3318.0(Revision:528541)

You are probably looking for a change made after 528175 (known good), but no later than 528176 (first known bad).
