Regression:Flickering is seen while opening Screencastify window

Chrome Version:65.0.3322.0/10312.0.0 dev channel Daisy,Candy,Reks

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign into user and install the Screencastify extension through above URL
(2)After complete installation,click on extension to open and observe(Please refer video)

Actual: Loading window of Screencastify extension is seen flickered
Expected: No flickering should be seen.

This is a Regression issue as same is working fine in 64.0.3282.79/10176.41.0 beta channel Daisy

Note:Issue is not seen in Linux,Windows OS

[Extensions Triage]: Hoping you made sure that both the extension versions were same. Can we have a bisect if this is a regression?

1.Both the versions of Screencastify are same i.e,1.33.2-ddb8001
2.Unable to provide bisect as we dont have bisect setup available on Chrome OS to bisect the issue.
The issue seems to regressed around :
Good Build:64.0.3282.79/10176.41.0
Bad Build :65.0.3322.0/10312.0.0
