Enable the Copy Link menu item when opening a Custom Tab from a full screen page.

Project Member Reported by andreban@google.com, Jan 16 2018

Issue description

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1- Open a full screen page, from an installed PWA or using a TWA.
2 - Click on a link that navigates to a different origin.
3 - Click the 3 dot to open the menu.

What is the expected behavior?
A Copy Link item should be available on the menu.

What went wrong?
It's really hard to share a URL from the external link, in this case.

Did this work before? No

So you can you click Share and then "Copy to Clipboard", although I do see your point that normally it is easier to copy the URL of the page you are currently on.

I'll look into it.
If you long press the URL in the top toolbar, it will copy the URL for you.
